Established in 2009, we work hard to specialize in full commercial and residential property maintenance.

Starting as Anders Lawncare in 2009, we made the name change to Anders Lawn & Landscape in 2010 as an independent company. We worked and grew under the Anders Lawn & Landscape name for the past 15 years. In 2024, we decided to make a name change to Anders Companies to incorporate all of the work we do outside of "lawn and landscape" services and to allow room for new companies to be formed under the Anders name.

Our expert team is like a family, each bringing their unique skills into what they do. From large industrial properties to the smallest residential spaces, we approach each project with love and care.

We service Licking County, but travel to surrounding counties for large, one-time, jobs.

Owner/Operator

Cole Anders

At the age of 15, Cole started his official career in the lawn and landscape field with the help of a family friend. His biggest goal with business has always been to establish and maintain a great customer relationship by providing quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.

Striving to be the best and not the biggest by growing slowly and building a solid foundation that will carry on for years to come has always been his plan.

Meet the Leadership Team

These are some of the names and faces that help keep Anders running successfully.

Kyle Armstrong

Operations Director: Landscaping & Lawn Health

After spending 15 years in the spraying and tree industry, Kyle decided to come to Anders to work locally. He has been a vital part of the Anders team since 2017. He is responsible for our landscaping crews and projects as well as the lawn health division of our company.

Chad Diss, BBA

Operations Director: Mowing & Excavation

Chad spent 10 years in the excavation industry before making the move to work locally with Anders in early 2024. He is responsible for keeping our mowing crews organized and ready to go. Chad’s also in charge of running our excavation division.

Dave Anders

Office Manager

Dave is our retired office helper. He spent 35 years working for the government and uses some of his spare retired time helping out. He may be the voice you hear if you call the office or if you're applying for a job with the company.

Amanda Anders

Office Manager

After spending 11 years with a healthcare provider organization, Amanda “officially” joined the Anders team in 2024. She helps out with the office phones, social media, taking payments and getting our vendors paid.
